Went to send a parcel, started by saying st class please, asked me to weigh the parcel and I followed by saying can I also have it tracked and signed for? Tina the manager, awful attitude looked really annoyed and said “I will have to go back now, you didn’t ask for tracked, and you cant have tracked and signed they are different things” why was she so annoyed??? // : in case you want to check the cameras... she then asked if I wanted it signed as well as tracked?? Thought that wasnt possible lol What is it with the service in here? I was considering buying some lindt advent calendars they had a front of store but you know what forget it, I can just get them from my local asda or sainsburys where colleagues are friendly and dont speak to people with an attitude and a bad face. Its even worse that shes the manager, giving a bad example on how not to speak to customers or people to her staff! Shocking customer service. Tina needs a formal chat, hope someone looks at all other bad reviews on here, it’s obviously a reoccurring issue and giving the company a bad name and bad reputation. This service is not at all within the service expectations set out by companies. Kind regards, from a current supermarket manager.

Awful customer service. My mum has got her papers from here for years with no issues. She is yrs old and disabled ( walking on crutches). The papers hadn't been delivered for the rd time and she mentioned that she was a bit stressed. My father is very ill and she just needed a kind word. The woman ( youngish with straight blonde hair) asked her in a confrontational way, if she could cope with the stress of running the shop ( bizarre response and yes she could - she was a nurse running wards.) The woman then ranted at her about her morning's stress in the shop, as my mum became more upset. When my mum asked her to stop, she went up to the counter and shouted that they would no longer deliver her papers. So my Yr old mum has to leave my Dad with dementia to pick up the papers he picks his horses from ( which keeps his mind active). ( I live an hour away) Who does that to an elderly person? My mum could have had dementia herself for all this woman knew. Where was the care, compassion and dignity? To take pleasure in publicly upsetting an old lady is a special kind of low.

I've been to the Post office within this store twice in the last week and feel that the staff need customer service training. My first visit was at the hands of an extremely unhelpful staff members who when asked a question suggested I Google the answer! The second visit felt like an inconvenience disturbing two staff members having a long chat. No apology for being kept waiting! I really want to support local business but won't be returning to this store!

Need customer service training. Absolutely appalling customer service. Don't listen when customer is explaining an issue, talking over customer and then they wonder why the customer gets annoyed. Completely lacking in empathy. This is the rd time I've had problems at this place and will go to other places in future where the customer service is as it should be.
